You get two cash receipts: one immediately after paying for your order and one after picking it up. The second one is broken down by products. You can download all electronic receipts in your personal account in the Electronic receipts section.
The amount in the receipt is displayed in the order currency. You can view the order currency when placing the order. To do it, click next to Total cost in the cart or click Total on the checkout page. If you’ve already placed an order, click
next to Total in the My orders section on the order page.
You don’t need a cash receipt to return the product.
Warranty card #
According to the “On Protection of Consumer Rights” law the warranty service can be provided even if there’s no warranty card. It’s enough to provide a receipt and the serial number of the product, which is indicated on the package. You don’t need a warranty card to return the product.
If there’s a warranty card, you can fill it out yourself 14 days after you receive your order. In the Purchase date field, specify the order receipt date. Don’t fill out the card until the return period has passed.
