Promotion fee #
There is a trial period with no extra charge for promoting branded products. The offer is valid for products promoted by Ozon or official brand representatives.
If you don’t unsubscribe from the service once the trial is over, you’ll be charged a fee with a commission of 0.5% including VAT.
We record the usage of the service on the day the order is placed, but confirm the charge for the service on the order delivery date. The promotion fee is paid for the delivered products: if customer refused to receive it, we won’t charge the fee for this order. If the customer received and then returned the product, we won’t refund 0.5% promotion fee.

Trial period #
The trial period is 3 days.

Pinning a review #
You can pin reviews in the “Getting to the TOP” campaigns free of charge.

You can pin one review per PDP for all product variants.
We’ll be charging you a service fee daily for each pinned review. The fee is calculated in the currency of you contract with Ozon. The service fee amount is 100 rubles at the 100 rubles including VAT at the exchange rate as of the date of service provision.
Example
On September 1, you pinned a review for the “Women’s Socks” product and the next day, on September 2, you pinned another review for the “Men’s Socks” product.
Conversion rate for services will be:
- September 1st. 1 USD = 96.3344 RUB;
- September 2. 1 USD = 96.3411 RUB.
For these two days we’ll charge you:
- the fee for pinning the review on the first product for the first day: 100 RUB / 96.3344 = 1.04 USD;
- the fee for pinning the review on two products for the second day: 100 RUB * 2 / 96.3411 = 2.08 USD.
Total to be paid: 3.12 USD.
Photo editor #
You can edit the images in Ozon photo editor:
- generate backgrounds,
- remove backgrounds,
- improve image quality.
You can place the edited images on your PDPs. Each feature can be used up to 40 times in a day.
Ozon fee for photo editing is included in the sales fee.
Acquiring #
The acquisition fee can be solely used on compensation the partner bank services. Ozon reward is included in the agency reward for the international delivery of the Customer’s products organisation.
Acquiring is a cashless payment acceptance from customers. The service is provided by the partner banks.
In the Finance → Documents → Agent Reports section you can view the reissue service report (execution of orders) within 5 working days. The report contains the information of the services provided by each partner bank during the report period.
The rate is set by the bank that processed the payment from the customer. The rate ranges on average from 0.6% to 1.4% of the product cost.
Delivery #
Service for processing operational errors #
We charge an additional fee for error processing based on the error index value. The index is calculated over the last 14 days and recalculated daily, and also affects the cost of error processing services. The date when the order details are changed is considered the time of service provision. A service fee is charged for each order canceled at the client initiative or due to their fault.
The cost of the service for processing each order does not exceed 1,500 RUB at the exchange rate at the time of service provision.

The first cancellation of the day is processed within the green zone, and the payment for the remaining cancellations is calculated based on your error index. The charge for the service will be reflected the next day at the exchange rate at the time of service provision.

Example of calculating the realFBS error index
Today is May 10. The error index is calculated for the period from April 26 to May 9.
During this period, you had to send 900 shipments, but you canceled 45 of them.
The index of canceled shipments is calculated using the formula: 45 canceled shipments ÷ 900 = 5%.

Example of service fee calculation
On May 9, you canceled 3 orders worth 1,000 CNY, 5,000 CNY, and 300 CNY. We don’t charge you for canceling the first order worth 1,000 CNY. The fee is calculated only for the two remaining ones.
The error index value is 5%. The conversion rate at the cancellation date is 12 RUB for 1 CNY.

We calculate the percentage of the cost:
- order 2: 5,000 CNY × 4% = 200 CNY;
- order 3: 300 CNY × 4% = 12 CNY.

We convert it to rubles:
- order 2: 200 × 12 = 2,400 RUB;
- order 3: 12 × 12 = 144 RUB.

We take into account the service cost limit, which is 1,500 RUB:
- order 2: 2,400 RUB > 1,500 RUB → 1,500 RUB;
- order 3: 144 RUB < 1,500 RUB → 144 RUB.

We convert the cost back to yuan:
- order 2: 1,500 CNY ÷ 12 = 125 CNY;
- order 3: 144 CNY ÷ 12 = 12 CNY.
The total fee amount for orders 2 and 3 is 125 + 12 = 137 CNY.
Premium and Premium Plus subscriptions #
Premium #
The subscription fee is 4,990 RUB per month. We charge the fee once a month, starting from the first day of subscription, at the conversion rate on the payment date. Ozon has the right to offer sellers service discounts.
For sellers who sign up for Premium for the first time, we offer a free 30-day trial period. We start charging the fee once the trial period ends.
Premium Plus #
The subscription fee is 24,990 RUB per month. We charge the fee once a month, starting from the first day of subscription, at the conversion rate on the payment date. Ozon has the right to offer sellers service discounts.
